Thanks for shopping with Play Making Club! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Order processing time
Every jersey is custom-made on demand. Once you place an order:
- Order confirmation: instant (you'll receive an email)
- Production time: 3-5 business days
- Quality check & packaging: 1 business day
- Dispatch: typically within 4-6 business days of order placement
You'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp the moment your order ships.
Delivery times (within India)
After dispatch, here's roughly how long delivery takes:

Total order-to-delivery time: typically 7-13 business days.
These are estimates from our courier partners. Occasionally, delays happen due to weather, festivals, or logistics issues outside our control. We'll keep you updated if anything changes.
Shipping charges
Shipping is charged by the total weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on Delivery orders include a ₹50 COD convenience fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available with partial payment. You pay a small advance online when you place the order and the balance in cash when the parcel is delivered. COD orders carry a ₹50 convenience fee, which is included in the COD shipping charge above.
International shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap but not yet available. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you'll receive:
- Email with tracking link
- WhatsApp message with the same tracking link
- Updates at key milestones (out for delivery, delivered)
If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please email us at support@playmaking.club.
Address & delivery issues
Wrong address provided: We dispatch to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check before placing your order. If we ship to the wrong address because of an error in your input, we cannot offer a replacement free of charge.
Failed delivery / RTO (Return to Origin): If a courier attempts delivery and the package is refused, the recipient is unavailable after multiple attempts, or the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to us. In this case, we will reach out to you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply).
Damaged in transit: Please record an unboxing video. If the package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours per our Refund Policy.
Holidays & peak periods
During major sales events (Diwali, World Cup launches, IPL season), order volumes spike and dispatch may take an extra 1-2 days. We'll always update our homepage banner if processing times change.
