Welcome to Play Making Club. By accessing or using our website playmaking.club (the "Site") or making a purchase from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Site.
1. About Play Making Club
Play Making Club is an online retailer of unofficial fan-made sports merchandise based in India and run by "Piyush Singh". We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, club, association, federation, or brand. All team names, player names, tournament names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used on our products and website for descriptive purposes only - to identify the teams and players represented on fan-made merchandise.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
3. Products
Nature of products: All products sold on Play Making Club are unofficial fan-made jerseys and merchandise (commonly known as "first copies" or "replicas"). They are not licensed by the official manufacturer, team, league, or federation. We are transparent about this so you know exactly what you're purchasing.
Product descriptions: We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, designs, and details accurately. However, slight variations may exist between the photos shown and the product delivered due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing tolerances. These variations do not constitute a defect.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
4. Orders & payment
When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify shipping details
Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the listed amount to your selected payment method.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing support@playmaking.club. After 2 hours, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
5. Shipping & delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, delivery timelines, and shipping charges. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other factors outside our control.
6. Refunds & returns
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
- We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction
- We will replace or refund only in cases of: wrong product received, manufacturing defects, or damage in transit
- All claims require an unboxing video and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
7. User accounts
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@playmaking.club if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Site's security
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse

Third-party trademarks displayed on product images (team crests, logos, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes to identify the products being sold.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play Making Club, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the product in question

Play Making Club operates as a retailer of fan-made unofficial merchandise. We do not claim, suggest, or imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or licensing relationship with any sports league, club, federation, association, athlete, or brand. All third-party trademarks shown on product images are used solely to identify the team or player that the fan-made jersey represents.
